By using InterviewCoach AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

InterviewCoach AI is a job interview practice application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your answers and provide feedback.

3. User Account

You may use the app with Sign in with Apple or anonymously. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions

Free plan: 3 practices per month with basic feedback.

Pro plan: Monthly subscription ($7.99) or annual subscription ($29.99). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the app only for personal interview practice
Not attempt to access unauthorized systems
Not use the app for illegal purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

InterviewCoach AI provides AI-generated feedback for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in job interviews. AI feedback is guidance, not professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, including design and code, is the property of InterviewCoach AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without authorization.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice. Active subscribers will be notified.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
